Is there a WordPress plugin to display trackbacks similar to CNET?

D you know any WordPress plugin or codes to display the trackbacks like in CNET echo.

    Mark is right you don't need a WordPress plugin for that. All you need is to add Disqus commenting to your blog and then put a couble of checkboxes in its settings.

    You don't need a plugin or codes. When you start a new post in WordPress, scroll down to the very bottom of the page and you can enable / disable comments and trackbacks.

    But for the best way to show trackbacks on the page, install Disqus.
