Why does Windows launch a notepad page with an error message when I boot my computer?

When I start my computer a notepad page opens with the following message and I don’t know how to stop it:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Any suggestions?

    Hello, easiest way to fix that error is by disabling the entry by using the msconfig utility.  To do so, follow the steps below:

    -- click on Start-- click on run-- type
    msconfig on the run command box-- click OK.-- on menu, select the startup tab-- uncheck any desktop entries listed as common startup in the location column-- Once entries are unchecked-- click on OK -- restart computer
