Why does my Windows computer report a WMI problem and how can I fix it?

My Windows XP/2000 reads that I have a w.m.i problem. When I open device manager there is nothing. I can not get the web, I can not backup, I can not attach a USB. Can you help me?

    and paste it to notepad then save the notepad as script.cmd then click on it after finishing reboot pc.
