Why won’t my new U-Verse router let two computers communicate?

Kenneth asks:

Just got a U-Verse. I have two computers that can communicate fine with the Internet and all the printers but they do not communicate with each other. IP addresses look good and all on same subnet. One computer on Network 3 and the other computer on Network 4. Tried pinging but no luck.

Computer on Network 3 can connect with wireless laptop and Android tab. Network 4 cannot. Ideas?

There are 2 connection options for additional computers to the AT&T U-verse Residential Gateway (2Wire model 3800HGV-B). You can connect additional computers by either Ethernet or Wi-Fi (wirelessly).
