Hi,

I have a HP G62 Notebook and every time a key is pressed a window pops up called “Windows Help Support”. I figured it must be the F1 key being stuck but I cant find a way fix it. I want to know how I can disable this key F1 to see if it solves the problem?

Thanks in advance.

have you tried to uninstall (do not delete) keyboard driver and reboot so that windows install the driver?

I've seen this on another machine last year. It was caused by a virus. Running Malwarebytes to remove it fixed the issue on that one.

That's my answer too. You seem to have a bug. Back up your data on a cloud ornusbndrive before using malware bytes, and then if that doesn't fix the problem, it means your device has been permitted. Restore to factory default. Make sure to back up your email, docs, pics, etc., AND bookmarks.

I agree too, but don't think there's a particular need to backup before running malwarebytes (assuming you generally keep a backup, of course), If this doesn't help, let us know and we'll suggest other measures.
