HP Mini 110-3735dx used to run Quick Web great, but now cannot.
Example: F10 boot does not show it as an option I can re-enable, so do not suggest I do this. I did update the BIOS; could the BIOS not allow Quick Web to run now?
I did have an issue that Q W did not run music, so I re-downloaded and re-installed it. This is when it stopped working. Again, I did not touch the partition, nor the Intel HD BIOS program. I did try to use Windows to remove Q W, but it then said I did not have it to use.
I did upgrade to 2 Gig RAM, but how could this be an issue? No, HP Recovery of all Q W apps ran, but did NOT fix the problem. I do not want to format and re-install, as I have Office and other programs I cannot get again.

June 27, 2012Hello, there should be three partitions in your laptop. The first one is the operating system, the second recovery and a third one name Tools or something similar. If you open the Tools partition, there you should find the programs installed by default by HP. Try to find the quickweb program there an run the executable. This will reinstall the program.
If you can not find it in the tools partition, you could visit the HP site, find your model and download the software from there. The following is the link for the quick launch software:

This is the link for quickweb:
