Why does Google Search show Vietnamese characters on the left side?

How do I get rid of the Vietnamese characters down the left side of my Google Search?

On the search page, click on the “settings” icon off to the right (looks like a gear wheel). Go to “search settings” and click on “languages”. Check that Vietnamese isn’t selected, and change the selection to your preferred language.
