December 24, 2012It may be a problem with your internet. If you are finished downloading the software and facing a problem only in installation. Please give us the error “hard drive problem ” exactly as it is given so that we can understand your case. wait for others to give valuable suggestions

December 24, 2012Usually online installer faces errors on slow and medium speed networks. you can try offline installer.
Download the offline installer from:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.exe
This worked for me

December 24, 2012If an offline installer does not solve your problem, you may need to install it with an Administrator account or any account that has Administrative permissions. That should solve the error.
