Why can I not print documents from the Internet with my new Epson printer?

I can’t print from any page or document on the internet from my new Epson Workforce 435 printer.

The printer starts the printing procedure and sends the printer icon to the taskbar and nothing happens. I then have to cancel the printing status, which says that it is printing. I have no problem printing when I’m not on the net!

My wife has a new Epson printer on her laptop and desktop PC and has no trouble printing online, and we share the same network.

If you're using driver from disk that came with printer, try installing a newer driver downloaded from Epson Support website.

Make sure the application your printing from has your Epson Workforce 435 as its default printer.
