When I copy and paste GPEDIT.MSC into the Start > Search field, I get no items matching my search. Where is it?

Since it's not available on Home versions of Windows, you can manually modify many of the relevant switches with regedit and this guide: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms815238.aspx

On my computer it resides in the following folders:
    "C:WindowsSysWOW64gpedit.msc"
    "C:WindowsSysWOW64en-USgpedit.msc"

Hello, not all versions of windows 7/vista/xp have gpedit. You must have business/pro version an up for this to be there.
