February 2, 2013if factory resetting or update firmware doesn’t work it’s probably faulty, have to be returned for repair. Unless you open the tablet and check connectivity of camera??
I cannot update firmware as I have no sd card to do this .Also if I attempt to open the tablet think this may effect the quarantee.
