December 19, 2012But you haven’t mentioned what type of file you are referring to. If you are referring to apps then i think it will take .jar files. if you are referring to music then it will play mp3, wav (not sure), etc. and if you are referring to videos then it will play mp4 and may be some of the other video files.
I did not specify in question :
December 19, 2012I referred to apps files supported

Series 40 is an embedded software platform that is open for software development via standard or de facto content and application development technologies. It supports Java MIDlets, i.e. Java MIDP and CLDC technology, which provide location, communication, messaging, media, and graphics capabilities. S40 also supports Flash Lite applications.

The Nokia X3-02 also has access to the Ovi Store, Nokia’s own app store. App support is very limited though, thanks to the phone’s operating system. Current S40 phones may offer many features we’d associate with higher-end phones when laid-out as bullet points, but apps available for this phone look and feel like feature phone apps. They’re basic and often a little crude. You can have a browse of the games and apps available to the phone at the Ovi Store web portal.
