Are there any good blogs or sites that speak to the trials and tribulations of reaching this point, assuming the originators of such sites haven’t fall into the entrepreneurial valley of death? Although those stories might be even more interesting.

June 17, 2012You can get a boatload of results with a search on “how to monetize website or blog”. The first page of results on Bing (out of 3.9 billion) all appear to be relevant. Google shows pretty much the same first page results (out of 4.4 million). They seem to refer to topics like how to use AdSense, Amazon and other affiliate programs.
NOTE: I did not dig very deep on this one.
