December 3, 2012Yep, slideshare is good for publishing your slideshow and viewing others online.
Sounds like you may be wanting to adapt others slideshows (download others content and incorporate it into your own), at which point take the suggestion to find ppt file using Google Search parameter “filetype:ppt”. Be mindful of copyright if doing this though.
