I’m doing phone sales now – solo – after years of working with companies. I’ve been using an excel sheet but it gets too complex once I begin recording conversations and follow up calls, etc. I need something that has one page per company with room for the basic info, a contact or two, and an unlimited field for comments and notes by date. Simple is fine, but ideal is something that lets me schedule follow up calls by date so I can just search by date, and pull up the calls for that day. Thanks in advance!
