What’s a great weather app for Android 2.3?

I would like someone to recommend a good Android weather app (Android 2.3). I want something like the stock Google widget with cached weather reports that I can also access offline but with more detailed information (especially windchill). I know that Palmary Weather does this but I find the weather source quite inaccurate.

I've tried Accuweather, Go Weather, Weather Channel. Always come back to Weatherbug. Works well auto locates and has all the details necessary.

Go with GO weather. I use it and love it. I don't sue the offline feature, though. But, it does have it for you to use.

Its the 5th one down this list...
