What working emulators are there for playing Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games?

Is there a solid program that can run Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 games?

The upcoming consoles are not backwards compatible.

I am running Windows.

Thanks

Any ps3 or xbox 360 emulators your find now are fakes and scams.

I have come across many PS3 and XBOX emulator claims but all of them were mostly spam like the one's mentioned above. Still, if you really want it, Check this out-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChtAS4rPHsk

As of now, there is no emulator available for Ps3 and Xbox 360 consoles. :(

Unless your computer can handle the extremely high demands of an emulator of this caliber, then I wouldn't even try. Even most gaming computers are not capable of producing smooth enough emulation, so the games would not be playable. The best advice is either getting a PS3 and/or Xbox 360 if you don't already have them, or get the PC version of the games. Emulators for the PC has to run the game system OS environment on top of the Windows environment, making it very taxing on your computer's resources. Aside from all of this, the emulators that may be available are still buggy and in beta stages, meaning that some low quality, non intense games may be playable (games for little kids might work, but nothing like COD). It might be possible to have a more stable emulation on a dual Intel quad core PC with an NVidia Titan GPU or two, but that would cost more than purchasing the PS3, XBOX 360, PS4 and XBOX One all together.

Here is a PS3 emulator that seems to work on decently high performing computers: http://playstation3emulator.net/. Just as a warning, if your computer is not up to date with the processor or GPU, then run this at your own risk! There are others, like the one suggested by ha14, and this: http://emups3.com/.

Same goes for the XBOX 360. http://xbox360emulator.net/, or http://xbox360-emulator.com/version-2-0/, orhttp://www.aomine.org/2013/05/xbox-360-emulator.html
I cannot attest to how legit these are or how well they work. These are what I have found and they have been listed in several forums.

I would not test these for myself since I had blown a computer that wasn't up to par to run the PSOne emulator (years ago), and I just recently purchased a decent desktop, but the risk is too much for me to even try any emulator for these game systems. Older ones I have no problems with.

Windows which version? Very important to mention that too, as mentioning windows is too generic. I am not aware of such emulators but lot of these game titles are also available for Windows PC, which you can try. The link is for all PC games from Microsoft : http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/PC/Games and http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/PC . Very few free available. Also you need to install the Games explorer from Microsoft on Windows 7 to play these games. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-my/windows7/products/features/games-explorer

I would say none, still to early. Plus, you have to have some real power machine to propably use it. I would wait until summer and than hit it on ebay.
