What lightweight app can monitor Internet traffic on my PC?

I want a small tool (just like Comodo FW’s animated icon on taskbar) which can tell me whether now traffic is going or coming on my PC. Just that. And if possible it can block traffic too. That should be in KBs or lightweight.

I would personally recommend Networx since I use it for the same purpose in my home network also. It monitors your bandwidth usage currently, and also gives the amount of data usage by hour, day, week and month. I also have it installed on all devices in my home network and have synchronized them all. This allows me to see the complete bandwidth usage separately due to all devices, thus keep my internet bill down. :) It is pretty lightweight also, consuming less than 5 MB of RAM on my laptop.
The best part of this software is that is completely free and has regular update sand bug fixes. Get it here:

I'm using NetWorx now :') really light on the system.
(installer is 3MB... portable version, 3.1MB...) I checked RAM usage now, less than 6.5M :')
You can run it on your taskbar. I don't think you can block Net traffic with it tho...

I've been using NetSpeedMonitor for awhile and it seems to work well.

Well, there's Peerblock than not only shows you the incoming and outcoming traffic but also helps you block certain IPs
