There are some websites specialized on this, you could try them :
http://www.widgetbox.com/mobile/builder/
http://mobileroadie.com/
http://www.ginwiz.com
http://www.shoutem.com/
http://www.theappbuilder.com/
http://www.appsbar.com/
http://www.mobileappwizard.com/

I really don’t know which one is the best, just try them one by one.
Best luck.

I’m a professional app developer and I think Nevzat is wise to list so many different websites (even though he left out http://www.recoilapp.com/, which is free and great for personal or small business apps).

Simply put, there is no one best way to build an iPhone app, especially without coding. Smartphone apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are basically the hottest, most popular type of software in the world besides websites. So, it’s no wonder that app developers are always pushing the envelope and creating infinite possibilities for what an app can do.

If you want your app to be great, you really do have to examine all the different app builders out there. In the end you’ll need to pick the one that makes the most sense to you, otherwise you’ll be working on the app for months.

While there are several softwares for desktop offering such capabilities, I’m not aware of any for iOS. On top of that, the only app builder I know available in iOS is Codea, and of course you must learn how to code first. Anyhow, I think you better learn to code if you’re really serious with building app. Even there’s one, app maker app will leave much o be desired in terms of capability.

You can find a bunch of websites for this, but App building with these websites will always have limitations with one or more of below,

1. If its free, you have limited access to your app (e.g., you can’t put Ads or make it paid, publish the app on different markets)

2. When you pay, you dont have control over the technical environment. (eg., the back-end used for your app.). As the cost of these app makers are not so cheap, paying little more money will give our own apps.

3. Your app will have limited access for the tasks can be performed on phone. (eg., tasks such as access to locked screen, creating a database within phone.)

I have checked for this option a year back, then decided to go with coding myself.

Mobile apps are hot today. But hiring a programmer is too expensive. I used snappii.com to make apps. It’s really easy, the web service allows to make mobile apps in minutes, and without programming skills at all. If you are short of time, they can make an app for you very quickly.

Using SDK for creating business apps isn’t a comfortable solution, as it has quite a lot of drawbacks like SDKs provided by Google and Apple are platform specific, they require knowledge of Objective-C and Java… it a skill not every programmer has, each must be created from scratch for every platform and it takes too long, there’s no way to quickly test and debug applications and no way to update apps.
The best solution is a enterprise mobile app development platform that allows anyone without having mobile app development skills to create mobile apps, allows quick testing – building app and see it run, allows to create apps that are platform agnostic yet native to each platform, allows making as many quick updates as you want, offers ready-made templates, no necessity to make native iOS and Android apps from scratch and many-many more! That’s a cost-effective and easy solution. For all that SnAPPii can be the best choice!

Taking on a mobile app strategy is about much more than the tools you will use or even the end product itself

You need to take a deep dive into the goal of your enterprise mobile app strategy and determine exactly what it is that mobile apps will do for your business.
