What is the best translator plugin for my WordPress blog?

I have a travel niche site named Troia Portugal that provides touristic information about the region of Troia in Portugal.

Even though it is written in Portuguese, it aims all the “non-portuguese” speakers.
I am using Global translator plugin in order to get the site translated to traffic outside Portugal but am not completely satisfied with it – it takes to long to translate and index the posts.

Is there any good translator you recommend?

    From a brief search I have found two:

    Transposh: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/transposh-translation-filter-for-wordpress/

    WP-Translate: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-translate/

    The first seems quite frilly, and has slightly better comaptibility (tested with 3.6) whereas the latter uses simple Google Translation integration to add a translate bar to your website. The latter has only been tested up to 3.5.1, but it should probably work on the latest bleeding edge builds considering they're not drastically different.

    Remember that anyone visiting from Chrome will see the "would you like to translate?" bar also, so maybe using browser detection to auto show or auto hide the translator might be an idea. Being a writer and not a coder I have no idea how you would do that, sorry!

    I think the standard is the Google Translate plugin. These should help you (I guess they are free too) :

    Google Website Translator -> http://translate.google.com/manager/website/?hl=en

    Google Translator Toolkit -> https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=gtrans&passive=1209600&continue=http://translate.google.com/toolkit?hl%3Den&followup=http://translate.google.com/toolkit?hl%3Den&hl=en

    WordPress Google Translator Plugin -> http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-translator/
