What is the best screen recorder software for Mac?

I want to use a reliable screen recorder. I have used some  but they are not always smooth at capturing. I want to find a professional one!

    QuickTime Player does screen recording. It comes free with OS X. Is it not good? I was going to start using it to record some tutorials.

    I think you asked this before. I mentioned:
    Try ScreenFlow. My wife swears by it. I know lots of folks use Camtasia and I do think she tried it first but ended up with ScreenFlow instead. Let me us know what you think if you give it a shot.

    The best one I've found is ScreenFlick. (http://www.araelium.com/screenflick/)
    I record Minecraft with the best settings and it doesn't cause hardly any (if any) noticeable lag.
    However it's $30.
