What is the best free alternative to Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate?

These are the functions I need the most.

  • Converting most of the formats with customizable options
  • Cutting Videos
  • Joining Videos
  • Adding Water Marks

And more extra functions would also be better. Free is required!

    i have used Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate and with this soft u can perform all the functions which you have mentioned above.....
    You can also try Any video converter or format factory......

    There are so many alternatives to convert videos, but some of them does not support Watermarking feature. You can try Format Factory To convert videos.

    "Handbrake" (available for Linux and windows also)

    It is an encoder .
    Its Free and Opensource software.

    Format Factory will do most of the jobs, though I dunno about watermarking. I think you need separate software than the converter to do it. You can always use PiP script for Windows Movie Maker 2.1 (simpler) or Microsoft Expression Encoder to attach the watermark. Both are free.

      Yeah. Watermarking is not a common feature for a format converter...
