I want to know what the best Android ROM/radio/launcher combo is for the AT&T Galaxy Note i717 running on T-Mobile. Specifically I would like to know what will achieve the fastest data speeds, possibly lock onto HSPA+ and of course the smoothest functioning.

December 11, 2012My ROM of choice would be Cyanogen Mod, It supports many devices and is very nippy.
Cyanogen Mod gets my vote as well. It is actively developed, supports a lot of devices and is easy on the memory. I haven’t installed it but have seen it in use on a friend’s phone and its pretty awesome.
