Why does my website not open without the www prefix?

I bought a new domain for my Blogger. The domain name is www.justnewsnow.com.

But it can not open without www, i.e. justnewsnow.com does not open,

A website that can load with “no www” is called aliasing with URL forwarding. This is an issue with your domain name servers. I see you registered it with “Directi Internet Solutions Pvt” at PublicDomainRegistry.com, do they also host for you?

In your administration panel, do you have an area to adjust the nameservers? I think using a CNAME would be best here.

From what I remember this setup (www and no-www) requires advanced settings within blogger.com or Google Apps or whatever is responsible.

If you set http://www.yourdomain.com as your primary (custom) domain within Blogger any and all other FQDN pointing to the blog will result in a 404 error. The same applies to a CNAME entry at your DNS-Server because this will only forward DNS but not the URL you use to request the blog.

I suggest to contact Google / Blogger for help because this seems to be highly confusing. If you still want to do it yourself maybe this will help
