I just brought a DELL laptop and I purchased Windows 8 to go with it. Everything works fine apart from that the camera says ‘something went wrong’. Are there any suggestions sa to what could be wrong?  Help would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Open the Charms bar.
    2. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.
    3. Click Hardware And Sound then Click Hardware And Devices

Hello ha14, I keep getting an error when trying to go to the link. Please check again and repost. Thanks.

I would check the Dell support website for any drivers/software updates. Unfortunately, it may not be listed and would have to be manually located elsewhere on the Dell support site. Let us know the model number so we can try to find it/them for you.

Sorry, must have been server issues since the link works fine now (I didn't clear the cache or cookies, even now).

When does this happen? Is it when you run a particular app?
