Did you try connecting via private VPN. This should definitely work in
      my opinion.

Here is an article that review some free VPN software

So, did you try accessing Hulu through VPN?

    2 ways:
    1. the free way. u can check the makeuseof articles. but the speed u need to watch movies wont be enough, sometimes will not work, you will get disconnected in the middle of the show, etc.

    2. paid way: The are lots of VPN's out there and really cheap. With 3$/mo you can get high bandwidth, security, 99% uptime, etc. and you can use it not just to watch movies...

Have a read through some of these links. The main idea is to use a proxy or VPN network to get around location restrictions.

Copy/pasting my response from another question here:

    Any proxy service should work.

Easiest would be Vidalia+Foxyproxy. Install the Vidalia package from here:

    http://www.torproject.org/vidalia/

    Foxyproxy from here:

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/...

Load up Vidalia and connect to the tor network (run through the settings and click "connect"), then in Firefox go to Tools>FoxyProxy>File>Tor Wizard. Follow the simple instructions to get your proxy tunnel setup.

You didn't list what platform you were running, but both Vidalia and Firefox are compatible with pretty much all consumer OSes.
