Why can I not view media files on my Blackberry Curve?

DFE asks:

I cannot view any of my media files (pictures, music etc.) on my  Blackberry Curve. However, I can view them all normally on my PC. Only the files saved to the device memory itself and not the memory card can be viewed on the phone. Any help? :)

    Hello, did this just start happening? Is this a new card?.  The possibility is there that card is not compatible with your phone.

    you mean when you click on media located on the memory card nothing happens?
