Why does a video turn up in iTunes sometimes when I download music?

Sometimes when I download music off the internet, a kind of video appears on iTunes. When I close the iTunes window and reopen it, it disappears. Any idea why that’s happening?

Do you have your iTunes setup to monitor a specific folder? If so, would that folder happen to be the same folder you have your downloads going to? I'm thinking that maybe sometimes when you download it saves a temporary video file for some reason, and when your system deletes it it goes away.

I'm not sure why you're seeing that kind of file but if it's bothering you maybe you could make sure iTunes is up to date or even reinstall to see if you can get it to stop.

I'm just downloading it from youtube and then converting to mp3 file on listentoyoutube.com. I have downloaded like 20-30 songs this way and a video has turned up twice.
