Hello, is this motherboard version 1 or 2?  If it is version 2, these are the specs:

You have a maximum of 2 GB's of memory (2 slots) of type "DDR PC2700, DDR PC3200, DDR (non-ECC)". You can buy compatible memory here.

You can also scan your system to get more specifications on other hardware compatibility.

your motherboard  supports LGA775 Pentium 4/Celeron
    D/Pentium D processors
The memory controller supports DDR memory
DIMM frequencies of 400/333/266 MHz or DDR2 memory DIMM frequencies of 533/400
MHz. It supports four DDR Sockets with up to maximum memory of 2 GB. Aside from the
integrated UniChrome Pro 3D/2D Graphics & Video Controller, one AGP 8X/4X slot.

So if you want to upgrade then should match above configuration.
