To change the attibutes of an individual file, then select Properties. At the bottom of the dialog, is a checkbox that will say Read-only. If it is checked, simply uncheck it, click OK or Apply, and the file will be read-write.

January 12, 2012Hello, do you need if there is a password needed to open presentation?
If there is not, you could try the following:
– navigate to folder where presentation is
– right click on presentation
– select properties
– on attributes section, uncheck Read-only
– click on apply and then ok
