How can you block yourself ? Do you mean you block the application ?
You have to add it back, by giving it access to your profile again.

Click news feed/ homepage.
scroll to bottom (press end key)
click on edit options

“Edit news feed settings” will appear
Scroll and remove by clicking on the x
If cityville is there on the list of “hide post from” list in the apps section.

Nice ! You clicked on hide all by citywille by mistake when seeing a post from the app.
Actually it is a feature.
I have already hidden 6 apps and some spammers like this !
