How can I unlock the Facebook stalker tracker?

I recently tried stalker tracker and even completed the stupid rate quote, but all the people are still locked. I’m really annoyed with it mostly because I’m going to waste cell minutes receiving insurance rate quotes. How do I unlock the people?

I’m afraid I have to agree with Josh here. You fell for a scam that is designed to send you spam and will not unlock any features.
