Heidi Smith asks:
We were loaned a Lexmark printer while our other printer was being repaired. It’s time to uninstall the Lexmark, yet there is still stuff left behind. How to get rid of it?

July 18, 2012If you mean the OCR, Fax and toolbar software you must uninstall them seperatly.
Download Revo uninstaller and once loaded look for traces of the printer software, that will uninstall them.

do a search with word Lexmark and see what you can find
Start -> control panel -> Devices and printers, then right-click on these no-longer wanted printers and select “remove device”.
sometime if you reinstall a software you have the chance repair or uninstall so see if you have the same with Lexmark.

July 19, 2012From Printers and faxes, remove the printer. From Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the program, when it prompt you about deleting any stuff just click on delete all related to printer.
