      which browser are you using?

uninstall adobe flash player and shockwave player
clean your windows with CCleaner, glary utilities, iobit advanced system care.
reinstall adobe flash player and shockwave player

      on IE
      Now, Go to "Tools" again
      Go to "internet options" again
      Go to the Security Tab
      Click on Trusted Sites.
      Put http://www.youtube.com and click "add"

Make sure you know all of the risks involved with that last option (add to trusted sites). This will allow greater access to your computer by not only YouTube but other sites that YouTube is linking to. It can make your computer more vulnerable to malware delivered via drive-by, including ad networks that are used by YouTube. And since this is not a secure connection (http:// vs https://), it cannot perform verification of the site. This means that you are more vulnerable to MITM and DNS injection attacks. Only make the change if you are willing to accept the additional security risks.

may be flah player is not up to date.

firefox > tools menu ??addons >> plugins >>check for updates. and see if it suggests to download flash player or any other plugins that needs tobe updated, then update them.

or directly install latest version of adobe flash player.
