Go to options on Constant Guard
Click configure my Anti-Keyloggin protection
Enter pin number
Disable anti-keylogging

That’s around when mine started!!!
I was worried b/c the “fn+key” fixes weren’t working. Now I can stop using ths on-screen keyboard.

I’ll see if i can tell them about the problem (should they not already know) so they’ll fix their code.

Ok so my problem is similar.. But a bit different i have a Desk Top. And when i am trying to type in A new Web address in the search bar only number pop up but everything else is working fine. Just browsing the internet is impossible. I restore the computer. I aslo back dated it.. still same problem… Please help

Had the same problem with ccg but disabling the anti keylogger solved my problem.

very glad to have found this. It was indeed the Constant Guard that I downloaded through Comcast. So glad it was not a virus or problem with my computer.
