Why would that be hacked? It’s quite common for companies to show a different launch screen to visitors who aren’t logged in. Lots of other services do the same.
Nothing to worry about.

Nothing at all to worry about, just a little flavor that Twitter has introduced with their upgraded design and platform. Hackers are after more nefarious things, not showing you awesome splash screens.
