How do I transfer videos from my Panasonic P2 video camera to my computer’s hard drive?

Philip Vetro asks:

I recently purchased a used Panasonic AG-HVX200 video camera. I have video and audio captured on the P2 64GB memory card, but am unable to transfer it to my computer. Well, I can get the video, but not the audio.

Can someone please help me. I’m getting very frustrated and confused. I am very technically-challenged!

Can you tell us which player did you use to open the video? because sometimes it is the problem of the player codec, try to use klmplayer.

perhaps you have codec problems on WIndows and you are not hearing audio, try to install klite mega pack codec.

if they are MXF format videos then you have to convert to AVI for example
