How do I transfer iPhone 4S apps from my PC to my phone?

Have downloaded apple iPhone apps to my PC. Now I can’t transfer them to my Apple 4S iPhone.

Make use you are using the latest version of iTunes which is 10.6.3
Try authorized your computer in iTunes and sync again.
If not, delete the apps on your computer and iPhone.
Download the app on iTunes on your computer and sync to your phone.

You’ll need to be a bit more specific. If you’ve BOUGHT apps through iTunes, the sync procedure is pretty self explantory and consists of.. plugging in the phone to the computer via the supplied USB cable.
