How can I transfer eMails from the Sent folder in Yahoo Mail to the respective folder in MS Outlook 2007?

I want to use MS Outlook 2007 as my Windows eMail Client, so I would like to know if there is any way to get the sent eMail messages from Yahoo! Mail to MS Outlook 2007 Sent Items folder.
