You can use your icloud account you had for your ipod and use it for your iphone and it will transfer everything over to your iphone

Well the best and easy for you to do is definitely using the iFunbox, if you don’t wanna messed up your head with Itunes syncing.

You can manage your apps, photos and data easily with it regardless your iPhone are jailbroken or not.

you can backup all the data via iTunes and then restore backup to whichever other iOS device you would like.

If you want to jailbreak your iPhone,then you must provide your exact OS version,baseband etc. as each jailbreak depends upon these.
