Glynn Sole asks:
When using Firefox the top quarter of the window is non-responsive, going to full screen solves the problem. The problem does not occur using Google Chrome. How do I fix this?

February 4, 2012Hello, First check for updates for your Firefox. Maybe you have a beta version of Mozilla Firefox
Here is the download link:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Scan your computer for virus/spyware or any other malware to check it is not happening due to infected files in the Firefox root folder…
Try disabling any add-on’s or plugins which maybe the cause of the issue
Here is a link that shows how to do it::

Try uninstalling Firefox and re-installing with a newer version..
hope it helped..

February 4, 2012Hello, You could try uninstalling firefox. Make sure to save user settings when you uninstall it. Download a new copy of software and install it back. Your old profile should be recognized.
