Why don’t you simply look at the YouTube trends and the Most Subscribed section?
Even if a hundred of people answer here it would be a very small study group to determine the general interest.

I don’t follow any tech channels or particular channels.
Channels of TV shows that I don’t get time to watch on tv, but still don’t want to miss and watch them regularly.
I started watching this show regularly when I found their channel on youtube.
