How can I use my Tata Photon device to get onto the internet with Ubuntu 11.04?

I have my PC with Ubuntu 11.04 and I use Tata Photon Plus to go onto internet, but I don’t know how to configure it with Linux. Please help me.

    Well I Had the same problem

    BTW the configure also depends on the type of device

    is it ZTE or Huawei terminal

    so just visit the Tata indicom website and you'll find in downloads~driver

    a pdf file which will clearly instruct you.

    Raja,

    first you need to be sure you have drivers for this device to work in Ubuntu.

    If you search Google, you will find several instructions to set up Tata Photon under Ubuntu 10.04. I suspect the procedure is similar in Ubuntu 11.04. Try these:
