How can I sync Hotmail and GMail contacts?

Gio asks:

I want to be able to sync my contacts from GMail and Hotmail. I use Windows Live Mail to handle my work account and personal accounts. Then I can sync my GMail contact with my Blackberry address book with Google sync. Any suggestions?

Check this out http://www.e-eeasy.com/Import-Hotmail-Contacts-Gmail.aspx use this to import hotmail contacts into Gmail and then you can sync whatever you want to gmail using gmail connect.
