Paddy, you can also use Chrome to phone, but that entails you install the PC Google Chrome Extension and the Android app. For the Chrome extension go to the Lil Wrench icon, left click, go to Settings, look for Extensions on the Upper left of that open pane, click Extensions and another pane will open with installed Extensions, scroll down to Get More Extensions and it will take you to the website for Google Chrome Extensions and do a search for Chrome to phone and click install, you see and icon appear on the upper right of your tools bar looking like an arrow and a phone, now go to Google play on your phone and find the app or if you have your phone sync with your google account, go to google play on the PC and find the app and click install and it will automatically install in your phone. There is the vise versa way to and it can be located in similar fashion. Hope this has been helpful.

It depends on what browser you use. If you use Maxthon on both your PC and Android, you can sync the bookmarks. Ditto for Chrome and Firefox. This would be the quickest and simplest way to go.

If you log into Chrome on your PC and phone, your bookmarks should sync automatically.

You can sync bookmarks from your PC to Android if you use Mozilla Firefox. Firefox now has a built in bookmark syncing plugin which can sync your bookmarks among against various devices

when you sign into your google account on chrome on your android and on your PC chrome browser. it should automatically copy bookmarks. dont know if this also copies history. if it doest do so automatically. maybe you have sync turned off in your settings either on you PC chrome browser or on the Chrome app on Android.

    1. Install the latest Firefox on your PC.
    2. Enable Firefox Sync from the preferences menu
    3. Install Firefox mobile browser
    4. Enable Firefox Sync on Firefox Mobile

For detailed instructions, see this blog post:

Alternatively, you can use Xmarks, but mobile sync is a premium feature.

Firefox: Find Tools>set up sync, then install Firefox for Android and click set up sync. Then you'll be prompted to enter passcode like when pairing Bluetooth devices.

Darren told you for Chrome. If you want paid option, try XMarks.

If you're using Android version 4.0 or later, you can download Chrome to your Android phone and it will automatically sync all of your settings (including your bookmarks, too).
If you're using an older version of Android OS, try Chromemarks from the Android Play market

If you use Chrome, there is an app called chromemarks.

If you use Firefox 4 on Android, it has a sync option built in
