    You’ll need some special hardware for this! We don’t really have smart, Wi-Fi enabled light bulbs yet.

    Here’s one Android app that’ll let you do this: http://melloware.com/products/lightswitch/

    You’ll need to hook up a special server to use it, though. There’s no getting around this.
    Google’s Android@Home project has demoed this sort of thing, so we just might have to wait a few years.
