Where can I get the spy software used in spy movies?

Lewis asks:

Is there any software that is like James Bond’s spy software that he uses in the movies? In most spy films they have all that cool looking Google Maps type stuff, does any of it exist?

    Get someones phone, installing Google Maps, turn on Google Latitude and you can see where that person is from your iGoogle home page. You just have to make sure they don’t realise it is active and that they have a mobile internet dataplan.
