What software can I use to edit frames in videos on a Mac?

I want something like Avidemux, which isn’t working for me for some reason. I tried AVS Video Converter as someone recommended but that won’t work for my computer.

    After effects is probably capable of editing video frame by frame without extracting frames and importing to an image editor.

    or try i-movie and final cut for apple software.

    you can import extracted frame to an imge editor.

    acd see extracts frames , i am sure , because i have used it in the past on windows.

    possible free options :

    try a video converter/editor that allows you to extract frames in emage fpormat which you can import to an image editor and edit.
