Is there a software like Bean Word Processor for Windows?

I really like the Bean Word Processor for OS X, but I am on Windows. Is there an equivalent program I can use?

I would like something lightweight, with page view (print layout), live word count, and a nice looking interface. None of the minimalist writing programs have page view, and Office / OpenOffice are bloated.

I really do think AbiWord, mentioned above, is what you're looking for. It's lightweight, uses page view by default, and has a very customizable user interface that matches its user environment. It doesn't have live word counts by default, but if you open the word count window it will live-update in the background. Not ideal, I realize, but I don't think a completely ideal alternative to Bean exists.

For basic stuff you could use WordPad which comes with every Windows installation.

    AbiWord http://www.abisource.com/
    Windows Live Writer http://explore.live.com/windows-live-writer

Other free options I can think of are the free Office Suits
    OpenOffice http://www.openoffice.org
    LibreOffice http://www.libreoffice.org
    Lotus Symphony http://symphony.lotus.com/
