What’s the best sites to learn about Blogger?

I am a geeky blogger fan so I was wondering if you know any sites that only posts about Blogger design and tweaking? I need easy steps and unique Blogger designs – as in, websites powered by Blogger that look totally different.

thanks but all tutorials on youtube are perhaps lame. and blogger help isn’t much help but one thing that caught my attention was blogger forum. but i won’t open registration forum, it gives error. So please can you kindly tell what happened to it?
